My role is not to tell you what your journey should look like, but to offer a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, trust the guidance that already lives within you, and discover the path that feels right for you.

Walking with Grief
I believe grief is not something we “get over.” It is a natural expression of love and loss, and it deserves to be met with compassion, patience, and understanding.
Whether your grief comes from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a change in health, retirement, the loss of a dream, or another significant life transition, I will meet you where you are. Together, we will honor your experiences, create space for your emotions, and gently explore meaningful ways to care for yourself while discovering what life is inviting you toward in this season.
